This policy applies to Gorewada services unless a signed proposal, invoice, statement of work or written agreement contains different terms.

Cancellation

You may request cancellation before a service has been substantially performed or delivered. If work has started, any refund depends on completed work and costs already incurred.

Refund eligibility

  • Work that has not started may be eligible for a full refund.
  • Work in progress may be eligible for a partial refund after completed work and committed costs are deducted.
  • Completed, delivered, deployed or accepted work is generally non-refundable.
  • Nothing here limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Advertising and third-party costs

Advertising spend, domains, hosting, software, licenses, subscriptions, APIs, payment fees and other third-party costs are separate from Gorewada service fees unless agreed otherwise. Amounts already spent or committed to a third party are generally non-refundable.

Development, SEO and AI services

For websites, apps, SEO, automation and AI work, eligibility depends on the project stage, accepted milestones, deployed deliverables and external costs. Access, source files and deliverables may be withheld until applicable invoices are settled, subject to the agreement.

Recurring services

You may request cancellation before the next billing period. Cancellation does not automatically refund the current period unless agreed in writing or required by law.

How to request a review

Use the Gorewada contact form and include your name, email, invoice or payment reference, purchased service and reason for the request. Do not send payment-card details or account passwords.

Processing

Approved refunds are initiated within seven business days, normally to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider controls how long the credit takes to appear after initiation.

Changes and contact

We may update this policy and will show the revision date above. Questions can be submitted through the contact form.
